Korres
Skincare
2020 Ecommerce Website
CREATIVE DIRECTION + ECOMMERCE + UX Design + UI Design + DESIGN SYSTEMS
Korres is a premium Greek skincare brand looking to modernize their online presence and shopping experience.
The Challenge
Korres Skincare approached us to revamp their 10 year old website from the ground up and refresh their brand for the digital space. Their business was moving to the Shopify platform, and they were looking to create an experience that utilized all the great features Shopify has to offer without sacrificing the authenticity of the KORRES brand.
Optimizing the shopping experience
Collaborating with KORRES, we implemented a mobile-first strategy to transition them to the Shopify+ platform. We focused on increasing 'add to cart' actions and facilitating swift checkouts, while also weaving powerful storytelling into the shopping journey.
We tackled challenges such as serving an international clientele and integrating templates to guide customers to external vendors like QVC. By optimizing the UX, we not only enhanced the user experience but also significantly boosted Korres.com's sales and overall revenue.

Capturing the spirit of Greece in UI
Not only was the client looking to modernize their brand for the digital landscape, they also wanted it to attract a younger customer base without alienating their older audience. We collaborated closely with KORRES’ creative director to create an overall look and feel, which we than translated to a robust UI system.
